More on the language of Marxism 101

I found this list on a good site to help those Catholics who still think Liberation Theology or a Christian Marxism is ok. I have many posts on this, but this is the 101 guide to Marxist language.

If he or she talks like a Marxist and writes like a Marxist, the person is a Marxist.

  • There is no such thing as a bourgeois class.
  • There is no such thing as a proletarian class.
  • There is no such thing as a “wage slave.”
  • There is no such thing as “Property is Theft.”
  • There is no such thing as a “system of greed.”
  • There is no such thing as a man-made system called Capitalism.
  • Workers are not “exploited” by mere fact of being employed.
  • Marxist “equality” can only exist at the expense of all liberty.
  • Violating property rights is a violation of the Commandment to not steal.
  • Promoting class warfare is a violation of the Commandment to not covet.
