Will be back later. In the meantime, think of St. Martha, patron of cooks. She, her sister, Mary, and her brother, Lazarus, went to France and spread the Gospel there, especially in Provence. The saint apparently tamed a nasty beasty dragon thing named the
Tarasque. The villagers named the town after the animal, as they felt badly after they killed the tamed thing. St. Martha is buried in the church in Tarascon.
