I feel like one of the disciples who did not understand Our Lord's parable about the sewer and seeds. What is the debris showing up on distant shores, and what is the bulk of debris represent? One guess: the drifting debis is a sign of a recovering Church (bad liturgical practices, like dancers, that are slowly fading away), but we're still in the thick of a mess of damaged goods (hand-holding, guitars, and EMHCs?)

Yeppie....but still hanging around and doing some damage. Sometimes images help us realize how good or bad something is...
